Someone said they legalized Kratom in Thailand.  So naturally we looked into it.  I found this Forbes article online.  It has been legalized for medicinal use along with Marijuana.  However, it sounds like there is a lot of fine print.  All we can do is wait and see if the exporting of kratom will become available.
We should be happy that other countries are realizing the potential of the plants that fill our precious Earth  Or perhaps its just an attempt to gain revenue for their country.  Either way... its a win win for the kratom community.

Fighting the good fight!  We are watching the fight in OHIO.  Please, make sure your voice is heard in Ohio.  DO NOT LET BIG PHARMA WIN!  The last thing I want is to stop shipping to Ohio.  I do encourage people to donate to American Kratom Association.  They are doing a lot to keep kratom legal.  Even if its just $5.00.
We have no professional association with them, but I can tell you that they are doing a great deal for the kratom community and are always willing to answer questions.
NEW STRAIN COMING TO THE WEBSITE SOON

"Personally, I have tried it and it's great, but doesn't last as long for me.  Great for a boost of energy and a quick pain relief, but again, not the longest lasting in my own opinion.  I still love my special blend".

A lot of people took advantage of our special.  I am getting a lot of feedback.  Its all been positive!  I bought some cool American Flag  Holograms that I might start putting on our packaging.
The American Kratom Association came up with a baseline for GMP standards.  I asked how much it would cost, and received no answer.  So here we go with the  regulations.  It is a fine line once they start doing that, because small mom and pop shops can't handle that overhead.  So this does concern me.  I m trying to get more information regarding the issue. I will hopefully learn more soon.
So one of my sources for Kratom Legality is Here if you are curious.  I also check with the American Kratom Association.  I trust my customers to fight to keep kratom legal in their States.  Tennessee is a tough one for me.  The labeling needs to be just right, and I just can't take the risk right now.  So until further notice, I will not be shipping to Tennessee.  If someone has a legit example of the correct labelling, I'm all ears.  Even the AKA has said to be careful, because they are pretty harsh.  I read an article that a guy was selling it legally in Tennessee but the labeling was wrong and he went to jail, did not pass go, and did not collect $200!  That is what made me decide against it.
Be Blessed everyone, and Be healthy!

I am trying to keep track of the SITSA legislation.  Please contact your senators and remind them of your kratom story and how it has changed your life for the better.  They are trying to call kratom in its natural for a synthetic drug.  They have been misled and mis-informed about this very helpful botanical.  Its the Big pharma in bed with the FDA and DEA.  Someone is getting something out of it.  Its hard to trust anything that is going on at Capitol Hill.  I am believing for divine intervention in this case.  Everyone needs to pray and let their voices be heard.  Don't be ashamed to tell people about kratom and its effects on your life.
Please remember that we will follow all known laws regarding kratom.  Please do not purchase if you know it is a banned substance in your area, you order will promptly be cancelled.

Well, it sure took a while, but our shipment is in.  I am trying to determine when the best time of year is to get the highest quality kratom.  I pulled the Lot #45 Dragon blend, Now we are working on Lot #46.  So far its a blend of our Borneo's and MD's with a hint of Red Bali Supreme.
On a side note.  Our Bali Supreme has always been Red vein in case you were wondering.
Also, I have been experimenting with mixing Red, White, & Green MD And I think I have a perfect blend of it.  So keep your eye out.  I'm still in testing phase, but we may call it the Chicana MD Blend.
We will be monitoring kratom legalization in Tennessee.  There seems to be a bit of a catch 22 with their new labeling requirements.  So, we will be curious to see if it is completely signed into law.
Remember, there are no additives to our natural kratom powder.  We do not advocate that you mix this product with anything.  It's our hope that we help our society to grow, be blessed and prosper in life.

It took me a minute, but I realized we had our larger quantity pricing miscalculated.  I apologize for any confusion.  It has been corrected. Just as a reminder, we have completely removed shipping costs for all products!

Kratom remains legal!

UPDATE 3/22: Minnesota HF 3479 Has Been Amended to 18+, Ban Removed

The ban was removed.  However, the sale of Kratom to minors is prohibited.  I really don't know anyone who was selling to minors in the first place.  I am grateful to the American Kratom Association for all they do to keep Kratom legal.

This ban begins on August 1, 2018.

The Lies of the MSM

The lies of the main stream media about kratom has gotten out of control.  It not only begins with constant opinions and lacks any real concrete evidence.  There has been no proof that kratom has ever killed anyone.  Most kratom users will tell you that kratom has helped them get off the pills and other opioid by-products.  The MSM have become completely unreliable when it comes to any subject.  Finding a good news source is nearly impossible in this day and age.

The reason the FDA and the DEA have not been able to ban kratom thus far is because of their lack of evidence.  Here is an article posted on the FDA website:

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is warning consumers not to use Mitragyna speciosa, commonly known as kratom, a plant which grows naturally in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Papua New Guinea. FDA is concerned that kratom, which affects the same opioid brain receptors as morphine, appears to have properties that expose users to the risks of addiction, abuse, and dependence.

There are no FDA-approved uses for kratom, and the agency has received concerning reports about the safety of kratom. FDA is actively evaluating all available scientific information on this issue and continues to warn consumers not to use any products labeled as containing the botanical substance kratom or its psychoactive compounds, mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine. FDA encourages more research to better understand kratom’s safety profile, including the use of kratom combined with other drugs.

Since identifying kratom on an import alert for unapproved drugs in 2012 and on a second import alert in February 2014 regarding kratom-containing dietary supplements and bulk dietary ingredients, FDA has taken a number of additional actions, including:

  • In September 2014, U.S. Marshals, at the FDA’s request, seized more than 25,000 pounds of raw kratom material worth more than $5 million from Rosefield Management, Inc. in Van Nuys, California.

  • In January 2016, U.S. Marshals, at the FDA’s request, seized nearly 90,000 bottles of dietary supplements labeled as containing kratom and worth more than $400,000. The product, manufactured for and held by Dordoniz Natural Products LLC, located in South Beloit, Illinois, is marketed under the brand name RelaKzpro.

  • In August 2016, U.S. Marshals, at the FDA’s request, seized more than 100 cases of products labeled as containing kratom and worth more than $150,000. The products are distributed by Nature Therapeutics LLC, which does business as Kratom Therapy and is located in Grover Beach, California. The seized products are marketed under the brand name Kratom Therapy.

DEA defines kratom in their own terms

I am providing this link so people know what the government agencies are saying about kratom.  Again.  There is no fact based data provable that kratom is addictive. In fact, in my own experience as a distributor, that customers have routinely told me that kratom actually works for their pain.  The difference is, pain killers work to make a person "not care" about their pain.  Whereas Kratom helps their pain actually subside.  Pain free, even if it is only for a few hours, is a relief to those who are in chronic pain.  If anything, people are addicted to "feeling" of being pain free not the actual herb itself.  However, to give one to the DEA, Im gonna add that Kratom is from the "coffee" family and that has been considered addictive.

In a nutshell, in my own unscientific opinion, it has the potential of being as addictive as coffee.  The taste isn't much better than coffee either.  Its bitter, its gross, but people still do it because they need the relief.  Banning kratom would be like banning coffee.

Personal Testimony

My personal testimony includes degenerative disc disease. and arthritis in the lower back.  Of course treatment began with medication and physical therapy.  After a few years of flare ups; it began to be a constant pain.  Only medication and injections would allow me to function.  Then one day, after a lot of prayer, I saw a sign in a store window.  It read "LEGAL PAIN KILLER".  At this point, I thought "why not?"  I would try anything to get rid of the pain.  The doctors said I was too young to have surgery and I agreed.  I don't really want anyone cutting into my anyplace near my spinal cord.  It's a scary thought.

I went in and asked some questions, and the store clerk really didnt know a lot, but I said, "I'll try anything".  The label told me nothing about dosage, because it couldn't.  Apparently there are some leagal ramifications, but I searched the internet, and found that if I took a low dose, I would be fine.  I probably took about 6 capsules. they were large. It was Maeng Da  strain.  I figure it was near 4 grams, and I went about my day.

After an hour I was talking to my friend and telling them I was trying some new herbal substance to help with my pain, when I realized "OH MY GOD, MY BACK DOESN'T HURT!" I was in awe.  I couldn't believe it.  So I started to experiment with different strain over time and I asked my friend to try it.  They had some pain, but nothing like I did.  They agreed to try it and tell me the effects it had on them.  They also said it actually worked.  However, a different strain worked better for them than on myself.  It was almost comical.  Over the next few weeks I noticed I needed little to no medication and one dose of kratom.  I didnt even take kratom regularly.  Not daily but sometimes once a week.

The truth is, I was seeing myself in a spiral with the medication because it wasn't helping or lasting very long.  In fact, some of it would knock me out for hours.  I didn't like that.  Kratom helped me keep my pain under control and lasted so much longer than the pain killers. I can go whole days and be pain free.  There is no getting used to the taste.  It's disgusting, but it works for me.

I strongly believe that it works and that God created this for humans. I have never experienced hallucinations, so if people are looking to get some sort of acid like effect, they are going to be sorely disappointed. Euphoria? I guess, but not really.  I mean, I'm happy I'm feeling good and functional.  Energy? Yes, depending on which strain.  Tired? Only when I took too much or had a stronger strain.

While I was experimenting with the different strains I learned that 8 grams was WAY TOO MUCH! I puked it right up and never did that again.  I have to be honest, after I puked it up I felt great!   I actually read another persons testimony and they said that if you body takes in too much in a single dose, it will expell it (make you vomit).  So that's when I learned that I preferred the more energetic pain free feeling.  I keep my doses LOW 3-4 grams that I mix with my favorite juice.  I've never felt like I started getting a tolerance at any point and I have sometimes gone months without having to use kratom.

Kratom can be  boiled like a tea. I used to make little tea bags and mix creamer with it, but I realized that when I drank the powder too, it worked much better and lasted longer.    Apparently, the FDA gets mad when you tell people to consume it. But I can tell you that I do, and it works for me.

I'm not a writer and I'm sure I have plenty of grammatical errors, but I don't really care about that either.  I just want you to know why I believe that kratom works and what a shame it would be to see it banned. Big pharma just wants all the profit for themselves.  Screwing the little guy.  It's Satan's way of torturing humans. Just saying.  I copied some PROOF that God made this for us  Feel free to discover God at the following link:

Biblical readings about herbs:
Genesis 1:29 - And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which [is] upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which [is] the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

Revelation 22:2 - In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, [was there] the tree of life, which bare twelve [manner of] fruits, [and] yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree [were] for the healing of the nations.

Genesis 9:3 - Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.

Ezekiel 47:12 - And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine.
